Important Details for Exhibitors

• Any items should be sustainably made, locally and regionally, rather than those made by national or international companies or imported by independent distributors.
• Exhibitor space is approximately the size of a 10'x10' easy-up canopy or about 3'x7' for a single large folding table.
• Exhibitors provide their own canopy, tables and chairs. If you have special needs, please state them in your application or contact Earth Fair.
• Earth Fair is from 11am - 5pm. Please do not pack up and leave before Earth Fair ends and note any extenuating circumstances in your application.

Exhibitor Fees

• Information booths: Free (no donations exchanged for products)
• Selling booths: $45
• Food booths: $75
• Booths with only a table and NO easy-up canopy: $10 off

The Idyllwild Earth Fair Committee and the Mountain Communities Fire Safe Council reserve the right to determine the suitability of any applicant to Earth Fair and to decline any application.
